Officials of PK Management said in a compliance report that major electrical systems at the Patten Towers have been replaced.
However, Gary Hilbert, director of the city's land development office, said city inspectors have not yet been asked to come in to give final inspectors.
He said city inspectors, however, have been on site at the high-rise home for the elderly and low income on an almost daily basis.
There were 241 Patten Towers residents who were displaced by an electrical fire on May 28. They were housed initially at local shelters, but the management firm recently has been putting them up at hotels.
